Friends are one of the legendary TV series of all time. There are people all over the world who were hit by its awesomeness, and they have been loyal ever since. The only depressing part is that Joey, Rachel, Ross, Phoebe, Monica, and Chandler don’t really exist.
But, Don’t worry cause these facts about the TV series will take you down memory lane, and cheer you up.
1-5 Friends Facts
1. In high school Mathew Perry’s teacher said that with his jokes and foolishness, he would never get anywhere in life. As a payback, When Mathew was featured on the cover of People’s Magazine for first time, he sent a copy of the cover to the teacher.
2. Jennifer Anniston confirmed that Ross and Rachel have one more child after season finale.
3. After filming Friends: The One with Lesbian Wedding(1996), the producers hired 200 people part time. Their job was to take calls from all of the complaints they’ve assumed to get because of the lesbian wedding. Thankfully, they have only received 11 calls in total.
4. According to the DVD commentary, the drawer hitting Chandler’s head was complete accident.
5. In an interview with Former American president Barack Obama, Obama stated that when his daughters were only allowed to watch 4 hours of television a week. They would always choose Friends. And They would watch it together as a family.

6. The actors and actresses led by David Schwimmer, held an ‘intervention’ for Jennifer because of her lateness to the set.

9. In response to Aniston asking what her favorite episode of the show is during a conversation, which was done virtually for Variety’s “Actors on Actors” series.
Lisa Kudrow answered: “I’m still not watching it in the hopes that one day we sit down and watch them together.”

26. Apparently Perry was quite the gambler. He got into a debate with Willis while the two were making The Whole Nine Yards. Perry believed that the film would be number one in the box office on its opening weekend, but Willis disagreed. In February 2000, the film was number one. Willis was set to appear on Friends as Paul Stevens. As a result of the bet, he had to donate his earnings for the guest stint to charity.
27. In a 2016 survey by Comedy Central, Friends fans in England were asked to vote for their favorite cast member.
Schwimmer’s Ross Geller came out on top with 25.6 percent of the vote, just edging out Chandler Bing, who 25.4 percent named as their favorite Friend.
28. Decades after its premiere, Friends still maintains a massive fan base. In the UK, it’s the most streamed series on Netflix. However, it holds the number 2 spot in America (only The Office gets more viewers).
29. Mathew Perry admitted that in 5th grade, he and his best friend beat up one of his classmates.
But, Guess What. It turned out that the kid they beat up was Justin Trudeau. For those who don’t know him, He is the current prime minister of Canada.

31. When Matt Leblanc auditioned for the role he only had 11 dollars. After he got his first paycheck, he first bought himself a hot dinner.
32. Courtney Cox is the only regular cast member to not receive an Emmy nomination for her work in the show.
33. The finale caused matt Leblanc so much anxiety, he started smoking again.
